Oh, that was you. You, Busted! I will arrest you because The Criminal is You! Personally, I have ever wanted to be a detective. However, I do not seriously intend to be. Last year, I have been found a TV series about detective-like. I was totally love this TV series. It called Busted! as the main title. Busted! is interesting and challenging to watch. You have to watch this TV series because it really out of your expectation. I know people will judge me because every detective film will makes us out of our expectation. But I think Busted! is just different than any other kind of detective film. The producers of Busted! are not just put in the idea of detective-like film but also combine it as a kind of variety show to entertain the viewers.
Based on Wikipedia, The Criminal is You, is Busted! literal title of the South Korean web television that shows on Netflix. It was contained by 10 episodes per/season. And it has already 2 seasons so far with 1 hour per/episode. Each episode features guest celebrities. There are idols, comedian, and actors-actresses. Unlike other Korean variety show formats, guests for Busted! play characters many of whom have the same names as the celebrities themselves. The characters are somehow involved in the murder mystery in each episode and/or lead the cast to clues for solving the murder mystery.
Are you asking about, “what so special about Busted! or is it just the same as the other detective films?” ? Do not try me. There are a lot of reason why you do have watch this series. First, of course, the cases are the same as other detective films, it will help you to improve your critical and logical thinking. By solving problems, its encourage you to think out of the box. So, it feels like we put in ourselves to be in that cases and as the viewers, we try to figure it out how to solve it. Second, Busted! provides you a lot of jokes that made by the casts. It is not actually jokes, but they just make it sound funny. The case is challenging and the casts will make you relax, so you do not have to put yourself at ease. By the time you watch the series, you will not get bored with the seriousness as in other detective films. In Busted!, you will actually feel excited to find out the next episodes. Third, because of all the casts are Koreans, you will probably not understand. However, you do not have to worry because it provided with English subtitles by Netflix. This is actually one of ways to learn languages and practice our logical thinking process. Because you will hearing Korean words, reading English subtitles, and thinking in your own language about the case. Isn't it interesting?
Although, at first, I am just interested by the casts that were involved in Busted! But, after the first episode, I have found myself more interested to the cases not the casts. Busted! makes itself interesting by how detectives work, raise viewer’s curiosity and critical thinking, and solve every problem. The most interesting part is from the Busted! casts themselves, they do a lot of funny things that make the viewers will not bored with the seriously death in to challenging adrenaline of thinking as in usual detective films. For people who like to solve problems and have a high curiosity but you can easily get bored, this TV series is recommended for you. Also, for whoever want to find a mood booster, its also actually works for you! Happy watching!
